You may not copy, modify, translate, or create derivative versions of the website or related trademarks. You may not attempt to extract source code. All related intellectual property belongs to Zetstack Technologies LLP.

Data and Device Security

We store and process data you provide in order to deliver the service. You are responsible for keeping your device and account access secure.

Connectivity and Liability

Some features require an active internet connection. We are not responsible for full functionality if Wi-Fi, mobile data, or data allowance is unavailable.

While we strive to keep services updated and accurate, we accept no liability for direct or indirect losses resulting from reliance on service functionality.

User Agreement and Conduct

By signing on the platform and creating an account or using the platform you automatically confirm that you are in the age of majority and competent / of entering into a contract in your country. By registering you agree that all information, content and material, trademarks, trade-names, service marks and trade secrets including but not limited to software, text, images, graphics, video, script and audio are proprietary property of the company,Zetstack Technologies LLP.

You must also be aware that you are entirely responsible for your behavior and maintaining high ethics while interacting with people and Zetstack Technologies LLP is not accountable in such cases. You are solely responsible for any derogatory or offending behavior to other people in the platform and would prompt legal actions from concerned authorities if found indulged in any offense.

No proprietary information may be copied, downloaded, reproduced, modified, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or redistributed in any way. This also implies that materials and pictures in StoreOwl.io are not to be tampered or redistributed in any form. StoreOwl.io strictly prohibits activities such as making available any content or text which is misleading, unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive tortious, defamatory, libelous, vulgar, obscene, child-pornographic,lewd, profane, invasive of others privacy, stalking, harassing, inciting violence, post or transmit materials which contain virus, spyware, malware, worms.

You may not do any of the following while accessing or using the Platform and Services: (i) access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the Platform, Company’s computer systems, or the technical delivery systems of company’s service providers; (ii) disable, interfere with, or try to circumvent any of the features of the Platforms related to security or probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any of our systems; (iii) copy, modify, create a derivative work of, reverse engineer, reverse assemble, or otherwise attempt to discover any source code of or content on the Platform or Services; (iv) access or search or attempt to access or search our Platform by any means (automated or otherwise) other than through our currently available search functionalities that are provided via our platform. You may not scrape, spider, use a robot, or use other automated means of any kind to access the Services. (v) in any way use the Services to send altered, deceptive, or false source-identifying information; or interfere with, or disrupt, (or attempt to do so), the access of any user, host, or network, including, without limitation, sending a virus, overloading, flooding, spamming, or mail-bombing the platforms or services, or in any other manner interfering with or creating an undue burden on the Services. (vi) Downloading or any other means of illegally acquiring the content StoreOwl.io.

Platform Restrictions

• Access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the platform or technical systems.
• Disable, interfere with, or circumvent platform security features.
• Reverse engineer, reverse assemble, copy, or create derivative works from platform source or content.
• Use scraping, spiders, robots, or automated means to access services beyond supported platform features.
• Send deceptive source-identifying information or disrupt services via virus, overload, flooding, spamming, or similar actions.
• Download or acquire platform content through illegal means.

Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by people unauthorized or unauthenticated users.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at StoreOwl.io. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.Sale of product is final. Refunds are not processed.

Prices for our products related to payments plans are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the StoreOwl.io.

Use of Customer Data

You agree that we may use your company name, logo, and publicly available brand assets for marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to:

• Displaying your logo and name on our website and marketing materials.
• Referencing your company in promotional content and case studies.
• Sharing your success stories with other customers.

We will not misrepresent your brand or imply endorsement beyond actual usage of the service. If you prefer to opt out, you may contact us at any time to request removal.

Data Accuracy & Variability

Our platform provides performance insights based on automated analysis of publicly accessible store data. Due to the nature of web performance and third-party dependencies: results may vary across scans, performance metrics may differ by location, device, and network conditions. Detected apps and impact estimates are best-effort approximations. You acknowledge that the data is intended for informational and diagnostic purposes only, and should not be considered exact or definitive.

Infrastructure & Data Processing

Our services are powered by third-party infrastructure providers, which may include platforms such as: Railway, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Vercel, Render, or similar. Data processing, storage, and scanning operations may occur on servers operated by these providers.

Data is processed, stored and retireved from database providers like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar, in cloud databases providers.

Images are stored in cloud storage providers like Cloudflare R2, AWS S3, Cloudinary, or similar. providers.

Performance Measurement Limitations

Performance metrics (including but not limited to load time, LCP, and network activity):

• are measured under controlled or simulated environments
• may not reflect real user experience in all scenarios
• can be affected by caching, CDN behavior, geographic routing, and browser differences

We do not guarantee identical results across repeated scans.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including:

• excessive automated scanning beyond reasonable use
• attempting to overload or disrupt the platform
• scanning properties you do not have the right to analyze in violation of applicable laws

We reserve the right to limit or suspend access in case of abuse.

Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable and continuous service, but do not guarantee:

• uninterrupted availability
• real-time scan execution
• zero delays during high demand

Scans may be queued or delayed based on system load and resource availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• we are not liable for business losses, revenue impact, or decisions made based on our data
• the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind

Billing and Account Information

We may refuse or cancel orders at our discretion. You agree to provide complete and accurate billing information and keep it updated.

Termination

We may terminate accounts or restrict access at our sole discretion, including in cases of potential terms violations.
